About Three Nations Limited
As a National Provider, we complete in the region of 170,000 service calls a year, providing our services 365 days a year, operating between 8am and 9pm.
Three Nations Limited is a National Service Provider to the drinks industry. Alongside this we also offer a range of other services including; Mechanical & Engineering, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, Stainless Steel Fabrication and Ducting, Equipment Procurement, Distribution and Refurbishment, along with Event Support and Management.
We offer our range of services through our network of nationwide Business Units. These are situated around the UK from Glasgow in Scotland to Romsey in Hampshire; Swansea in South Wales to Norwich in Norfolk.
We operate using our own workforce, managing the work in-house. We have over 150 front line technicians, all qualified to work on all current drinks dispense systems and where applicable, gas generating systems and soft drinks.
Our National Distribution Centre in Warrington provides a storage centre for our customers equipment and onward distribution to our Business Units. In Preston, our Refurbishment Centre carries out works on equipment removed form trade to bring it back to life following our 'Go Circular' approach.
The company Head Quarters, in Cwmbran, South Wales houses our Administration Centre. This hub takes all service related calls into the business and manages them via our planning teams in Cwmbran and Warrington via our bespoke field management system. All field-based staff are equipped with PDA’s so all actions are completed electronically, enhancing our drive for efficiency.
Systems are key to the business and we are constantly updating our management system to drive performance and meet the needs of our customers. This has led to the opportunity for customers to directly interact with our systems, enabling complete tractability and putting the customer in charge.
We continue to reinvest in the company in all areas from our employees through to production. We operate a fleet of newer transit vans that are fuel efficient vehicles, which not only deliver savings to the business, but are better for the environment.
Working with our customers, we continue to grow and develop our services, based on the needs of both the business and our trade partners. With over 35 years’ experience in the industry and wealth of knowledge within our employees, our aim is to be the Number 1 go to company.
