Our M&E division provides an array of services to centralised air conditioning systems, above ground drainage installations, heat pump installations, underfloor heating, complete ventilation systems, extraction systems, sprinkler systems, pressure water heating systems, boiler upgrades and replacement, along with the complete control system.

Case Study at RAF Lyneham

Three Nations completed the Mechanical and Electrical contract for the new Defence College of Technical Training based at the former airbase, RAF Lyneham, in Wiltshire, worth £3 Million.

​The contract consisted of a total turnkey of Mechanical and Electrical works plus design and installation of the Museum, Gymnasium, and the OR Bar. The project at RAF Lyneham consisted of full electrical, air conditioning, ventilation and plant room installation, as well as a complete heating, domestic and sanitary package.

​​The project was controlled through a Building Management System (BMS), which is a computer-based control system that monitors the building’s mechanical and electrical equipment. The project team consisted of Three Nations workforce from fully trained electricians, heating engineers, air-conditioning engineers and CAD designers to name just a few.
